Single spiral flight forming machine exported to Indonesia
A 350-25 single spiral flight forming machine has been completed and test-run at our factory for an Indonesian customer. The customer ordered the machine to produce single spiral flights in different sizes for their steel fabrication work.
Customer requirement
The Indonesian customer needed a machine that could handle different spiral flight diameters and pitches rather than one fixed specification.
Their requirements included 60–110mm inner diameter and 280–750mm outer diameter. Based on these requirements, the 350-25 single spiral blade forming machine was selected.

Production and test run completed
The spiral flight forming machine has been fully manufactured and has completed its factory test run.
The test run was carried out before shipment to check the machine’s operation and forming performance. After testing, the spiral blade forming machine was confirmed ready for delivery to Indonesia.
