Shuliy plastic crusher machine is designed to reduce waste plastic products into smaller pieces for recycling and further processing. The machine can process rigid plastic materials such as plastic buckets, plastic drums, plastic pipes, plastic sheets, plastic boards, and other plastic waste.

How does a plastic crusher machine work?
The crushing process is based on the interaction between movable knives and fixed knives.
After the plastic waste enters the feeding hopper, the 6 movable knives rotate with the rotor while the 4 fixed knives remain installed inside the crushing chamber. The material is repeatedly cut between the moving and fixed blades until it reaches the required size and passes through the screen.
This cutting structure helps turn bulky plastic waste into smaller pieces that are easier to collect, transport, store, and feed into subsequent recycling equipment.

Why are 60Si2Mn crusher blades used?
