Two steel bar straighteners were successfully delivered to Thailand
In May, a steel processing client from Thailand purchased two steel bar straightener machines from our factory to handle rebar of various diameters for local construction projects.
The client selected the GT 6-14 and GT 4-9 models. Both machines feature a customized automatic cutting function that allows the straightening and cutting processes.
Two machines for different rebar sizes
During the discussion, the customer explained that their workshop processes both large and small diameter reinforcing bars every day. After evaluating the required rebar specifications, we recommended purchasing two different models:
- GT 6-14 for medium and large diameter steel bars.
- GT 4-9 for smaller reinforcing bars.
This combination allows operators to process different sizes simultaneously.

Packaging and shipment to Thailand
Following the completion of factory testing, we arranged for the packaging and shipment of the equipment. To minimize the risk of impact damage or moisture exposure during transit, two steel bar straightener machines were packed in reinforced wooden crates, with key components secured and protected.
